Junior Villas come equipped with two queen beds and all of our standard amenities including gas fireplace, full bath with jetted tub, and fully equipped kitchenette.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware.

All units include: wireless internet access, telephones with dataports, an in-room safe, cable TV with DVD and VCR, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, humidifier, and fan.

Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa is a non-smoking, no pet facility. Check-in is at 4PM Mountain Time and check-out is at 10AM Mountain Time. Occupancy limits may be exceeded by one (1) infant less than two (2) years of age who sleeps in a crib. One guest 18 years or older must be present throughout your stay. A credit card pre-authorization is also required upon arrival to establish credit for your stay. During winter months, four-wheel drive or chains may be required to drive to Brian Head. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express graciously accepted. A deposit of one night's room and tax is due at the time of making your reservation. A full refund of the required deposit will be issued providing notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to your reserved arrival. During holiday periods, notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Packages & Specials are not available during holiday periods and are subject to change and restrictions. Packages must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
